What's in a Name?
The name we have chosen for this new company, Big Five, refers to the five indigenous safari animals that are the main focus of South Africa's tourism campaigns.
As one of the principals of our company is from South Africa, this name pays homage to his country of birth and utilizes the name and animal skins (in primary colors) in the company logo. In addition, a percentage of the company's annual profits will be dedicated to the Nelson Mandela Foundation and their mandate that contributes to a society which remembers its pasts, listens to all its voices, and pursues social justice in order to promote peace, human rights and democracy all around the world.
